In short: the app reads content from the Wix sites where it is installed (for example pages, products, and blog posts) so it can run AI analyses and produce content for those sites. Some of that content is sent to OpenAI to be processed. We do not sell personal data.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Nova Luna Global LTD (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you install and use the Neom GEO & AI Content app (the “App”) on a Wix site. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we act as the data controller for the personal data described below, except where Wix acts as controller for its own platform data.

2. Data we process
The App only works with data from the Wix sites where it is installed. We process:
- Site content: text, pages, products, blog posts, and related metadata that you choose to analyse or generate with the App.
- Site and installation identifiers: the Wix site and app instance identifiers needed to link the App to the right site.
- Usage and quota data: how many analyses, tracked questions, modified products, and blog articles have been used in the current billing period, so that plan limits can be applied.
- Plan and billing status: which App plan is active, as reported by Wix. We do not receive or store full payment card details; payments are handled by Wix.
Site content may include personal data of visitors or customers if it appears on the site. We treat it under this policy only as far as the App processes it.

4. AI processing by OpenAI
To run AI analyses and generate content, the App sends the site content you select to OpenAI, which acts as our sub-processor. OpenAI processes this data only to provide the service to us. Under OpenAI’s API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models by default.
OpenAI is based in the United States. Transfers of personal data outside the EEA are covered by the safeguards described in OpenAI’s data processing terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
5. Hosting and sub-processors
The App is hosted and operated on Wix’s infrastructure. Wix acts as a processor for the data it hosts on our behalf and as the platform provider for the sites on which the App is installed. You can review Wix’s privacy terms on wix.com.
We use no other sub-processors for personal data, other than the ones named in this policy. If that changes, we will update this policy.
6. Retention
We keep site content only for as long as needed to run the requested analysis or generation. Usage and plan records are kept while the App is installed and for the period needed to meet accounting and legal obligations. When the App is uninstalled from a site, we delete the associated site content and usage data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, write to contactneomai@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State where you live or work.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data in transit and access controls on the systems that process site content.
9. Children
The App is intended for businesses and site owners. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly process their personal data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the App or on the Wix app listing.
